The boys are back in town and they’re here to talk about Denis Villeneuve’s brand spankin’ new film Arrival. Derek was tired when he saw it because he was sad about the election. John was tired when he saw it because he had a bender the day before. Blake was fine when he saw it, and loved it.

Villeneuve has been on a bit of a hot streak (depending on which ReelGooder you talk to) since, well, pretty much the start of his career. Arrival is his first sci-fi, and he’s gonna need the practice because he’s on to the Blade Runner sequel next. So is the dang thing any good? The only way to find out is to listen to this podcast episode.
