I look up…I look down.

Ever have those mornings when you wake up and think ‘Gee, I could go a video in which James Stewart gets stalked by Stanley Kubrick characters’? What’s great about this Awesome Film Videos is that desire can now be quenched. We’re not sure how the folks over at Gump came up with this and our entire lack of technical expertise means we’ve got no idea how the Gump folks put it together, but there’s something quite compelling about The Red Drum Getaway and we can’t get it out of our heads.

Stanley Kubrick and Alfred Hitchcock are both masters of their own domain so surely cramming the two of them together is a no brainer? Well, no. In the same way that steak and ice-cream are two things that (probably) don’t go well together, the thought of mashing up Kubrick and Hitchcock’s work would have gotten us turning in graves we’re not even in yet. Until The Red Drum Getaway came along and changed how we view the world forever.
