We’d struggle to be less interested.

Antoine Fuqua’s latest action film is The Equalizer. It looks exactly the same as most of the films Denzel Washington has been involved in over the past decade or so. That’s not a good thing.

“A retired intelligence officer Robert McCall (Denzel Washington) turns into a vigilante for the helpless. When he decides to help a young hooker Teri (Chloë Grace Moretz), he gets heat from the Russian mafia, and in particular Teddy, a brutal fixer (Marton Csokas).”

The Equalizer stars Denzel Washinton, Chloë Grace Moretz, Marton Czokas and Melissa Leo and is set for release in September, 2014.
