Brendan Gleeson seduces Taylor Kitsch in The Grand Seduction

the grand seduction

Taylor Kitsch’s career seems to be slowly recovering after the one-two punch failures of Battleship and John Carter. ReelGood thought John Carter was quite good and deserves a bit of slack. Battleship deserves no slack. Kitsch is entering into uncharted territories with the upcoming The Grand Seduction, which seems like a light sort of comedy.

‘The small harbor of Tickle Cove is in dire need of a doctor so that the town can land a contract to secure a factory which will save the town from financial ruin. Village resident Murray French (Gleeson) leads the search, and when he finds Dr. Paul Lewis (Kitsch) he employs – along with the whole town – tactics to seduce the doctor to stay permanently’

The film also stars Brendan Gleeson, Liane Ballaban and Gordon Pinset and is set for release in the United States on May 30th, 2014.
