MARVELlous.

Despite some of us here at ReelGood not loving the original Avengers movie, there may have been a few fist pumps and one or two ‘fuck yeah’s’ rise from the office when we watched this brand new trailer for Avengers: Age Of Ultron. Dammit, no matter how many great silent movies or Fellini movies or Murnau movies we watch (and love), we can’t help but shed our geeky origins. There’s just something inherently awesome about the Hulk fighting the Hulkbuster armour, so sue us. Whether or not Age Of Ultron will be any good is yet to be seen, but who even cares. As if you’re not going to go see it.

“With S.H.I.E.L.D. destroyed and the Avengers needing a hiatus from stopping threats, Tony Stark jumpstarts a dormant peacekeeping program, Ultron: a self-aware, self-teaching, artificial intelligence. However, his plan backfires when Ultron decides that humans are the main enemy and sets out to eradicate them from Earth, leaving it up to Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, along with support from Nick Fury and Maria Hill, to stop him. Along the way the Avengers encounter the powerful twins Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, as well as the familiar Vision.”

Avengers: Age Of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Aaron-Taylor Johnson, Elizabeth Olson and James Spader and is set for release in May, 2015.
