Flame on.

While many of you probably let out a justifiable ‘meh’ when you heard the news that the Fantastic Four series was getting a reboot, this brand spankin’ new trailer might do something to upgrade that ‘meh’ to a curious ‘hmmm’. We still don’t need another Fantastic Four movie, no one is denying that, but this trailer has certainly ignited (maybe a Johnny Storm joke?) our interest somewhat. John Trank, who directed Chronicle, is behind the wheel.

“When four people teleport to an alternate universe, which alters their physical form and grants them new abilities, they must learn to harness their abilities and work together as a team to save the Earth from a familiar enemy.”

The Fantastic Four stars Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan, Jamie Bell and Tim Blake Nelson and is set for release in August, 2015.
