Gareth Edwards let’s them fight in the new Godzilla trailer

Until just then, ReelGood had no idea that Alexandre Desplat was composing the music for Gareth Edwards’ upcoming monster bash Godzilla. Very welcome news.

The real question of the day however, is will Edwards’ film be any good. The studio behind Godzilla is Warner Bros., and they have a nasty habit of creating fantastic trailers for terrible films (see Terminator Salvation, Clash of the Titans, The Matrix Revolution). Only time will tell. Time and watching the film.

Godzilla is released on May 15th and stars Bryan Cranston, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Ken Watanabe and Juliette Binoche.
