Let’s finish this.
Is it wrong of us to say that we’re slightly trepidatious about Age of Ultron? There may be just one too many quips in this trailer for its own good. Or are there? Sigh, we don’t know anymore. Perhaps there have been too many trailers for Age of Ultron and our heads are getting muddled as a result. Was the original Avengers film even that good? Oh god. All our questions will be answered in a couple of weeks, when the wait for the Avengers sequel is finally over and the wait for the Avengers second sequel and the second sequel part two finally begins. There’s something about these films that brings us so much joy and something about them that brings us confusion and misery. We feel like we’ve made the situation worse with this paragraph. Anyway, this is the final trailer and there’s new shit to look at, so that’s nothing to be sniffled at.
“With S.H.I.E.L.D. destroyed and the Avengers needing a hiatus from stopping threats, Tony Stark jumpstarts a dormant peacekeeping program, Ultron: a self-aware, self-teaching, artificial intelligence. However, his plan backfires when Ultron decides that humans are the main enemy and sets out to eradicate them from Earth, leaving it up to Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, along with support from Nick Fury and Maria Hill, to stop him. Along the way the Avengers encounter the powerful twins Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, as well as the familiar Vision.”
Avengers: Age Of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Aaron-Taylor Johnson, Elizabeth Olson and James Spader and is set for release in May, 2015.
