Sweden already seemed like a pretty decent country and now they’ve gone done this. A bunch of bored Swedish soldiers in Afghanistan brought it upon themselves to create a shot for shot parody of the classic tune ‘Greased Lightning’, as imagined in Randal Kleiser’s beloved 1978 musical Grease. Hotrod’s are apparently few and far between in Afghanistan, so they had to make do with an armoured car, which does just fine. ReelGood‘s favourite participant is the bald guy with the epic beard, but they all look like they’re having a fair go of it. At the end of the day it’s just proof that John Travolta will reach you, even if you hide from him in a country that’s been devastated by war. He will get you.
