Bad Grandpa?

“Most grandpas just want toffee…or socks” might just be our favourite line of 2015, although technically Dirty Grandpa is being released in 2016 so it’s got a pretty good shot at the title next year as well. That’s all there really is to recommend about the new trailer for Dirty Grandpa. There’s definitely a sense of same old drug/sex jokes, different day to it all. Some days it’s easy to forget just how great Robert De Niro used to be, like the day we first saw the trailer for The Intern.

It’s been quite a while since an American comedy film has even registered on the ol’ Funny-O-Meter and while we’re hardly expecting Dirty Grandpa to buck that trend, we’re always ready and willing to be proven wrong.

Dirty Grandpa stars Robert De Niro, Zach Efron, Aubrey Plaza, Zoey Deutch and Dermot Mulroney and is set for release in January, 2016.
