Remember how Robert De Niro used to make really shit films? Like, Taxi Driver, Godfather Part II, Raging Bull, Goodfellas, Heat etc? We’re so glad he stopped doing them and started his new era of classic after classic. I mean, a world without Showtime or Analyse That just isn’t a world that we want to live in. De Niro’s latest, The Intern, looks like it’ll be another shining addition to his filmography over the past couple of decades and really looks like it’ll make the most of his incredible acting chops. An intern who’s really old! What will they think of next? Let’s hope De Niro never goes back to that crap that somehow put him on Hollywood’s radar in the first place. Lol jks. This looks fucking shithouse.
